There are three ways to make a secure payment:

1. using Visa, Mastercard bank cards or
   
2. using banklink online payments (commission according to your bank's price list) or
   
3. by selecting the "Invoice" option. Receive an invoice by e-mail and make a payment with your Internet bank.

The shipment must be packed safely and correctly - so that it is not damaged during transportation, does not damage other shipments or the supplier's transport. When choosing a package, the content, weight and shape of the consignment must be taken into account - it must cover the entire contents of the consignment. The packaging must be durable and the mode and duration of transport must be taken into account during shipment. The safest packaging is cardboard, boxes and secure envelopes that are used for the first time. The packaging must always be sealed with adhesive tape or string.

Each supplier has its own packaging rules. Before making a shipment, please read them.

A fragile shipment is fragile, fine items such as glass, ceramics, electrical appliances, and more. The shipment must be accompanied by an additional service "TRAUSLS" - this guarantees manual sorting. It is the sender's responsibility to mark the shipment with the appropriate mark. (available here). The additional service "TRAUSLS" does not replace careful packaging.

The total length of the shipment is calculated according to the formula: 2 widths + 2 heights + length.

Example: Width 15 cm, height 10, length 18 cm.
Total length = 2 (15 cm) + 2 (10 cm) + 18 cm = 30 + 20 + 18 = 68 cm

Shipment volume m3 = (length x width x height): 10000.

The equivalent 1m³ = 250 kg can be used to calculate the price, based on the largest (volume or weight).

After you have completed and paid for your order, courier will arrive next working day, during working hours.
